REGISTRATION INCLUDES: * Access to the sessions of your choice from Sunday 15th - Friday 20th August 2010 * Conference satchel complete with program book and abstract book * Morning/afternoon teas and lunches for the days of nominated attendance * The Welcome Function (not included in 1 day registrations) * GST CONFERENCE DINNERS: *The conference dinner is not included in your registration. If you would like to participate in the conference dinner, the cost is $100 per ticket. REGISTRATION CATEGORIES: * To be eligible for the student rate, delegates must be engaged in full time academic study, provide their student number on the registration application form, and if asked, provide a copy of their student card as well as a letter supporting their status from the head of their department. * Trade registrations include all of the above except a satchel and the conference dinner. Some trade passes are included with your exhibition space, and additional ones are available for purchase. A Tax Invoice (receipt) will be provided for all registrants as the fee includes a GST component, which will represent a credit for some delegates. The ABN for the conference is 90 093 246 176. All rates quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars. ACCOMMODATION: A separate page of this web site details the options on offer for delegates. If you wish to change or book accommodation after you have already registered, simply email your preferences direct to ASN Events. PAYMENTS: Payment can be made at the time of registration by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). All online registrations are checked by the secretariat before any credit card authorisation is sought. It is impossible for the secretariat to charge the same registration twice if you inadvertently repeat the process. If there is any query you will be contacted. ASN supports responsible use of on-line credit card transactions and reports suspected fraudulent activity to Federal police and the Immigration office. For those who do not wish to pay by credit card, two alternatives are offered. Payment can be made by cheque (by yourself or your organisation) and need to be made out to ASN CONFERENCES PTY LTD - ICOPA 2010. Alternatively, if you are a member of a group and wish to make a single payment for the whole group, you are able to nominate one group leader. Once everyone in the group has registered, the group leader needs to notify ASN and will then be issued with a group invoice. It is important that all of the group registratnts include the name of their group leader and their email address when they reach the payment section. International delegates - payment may be made by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or by bank cheques in Australian dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: Immediately upon completion of online registration, you will be sent a lodgement confirmation email which includes a tax invoice as an attachment. Within 2 working days of your registration you will be sent a registration confirmation email by an ASN Events staff member. If you do not receive both of these please contact the ASN Events office. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Early Bird Payments - If your registration was made before the early bird deadline expiry (Monday 17th May, 2010), but the payment was not made at the time and has not been received by two weeks after the deadline, the early bird discount will be removed. Changes - Any changes to the registration and accommodation booking details should be directed in an email to the conference secretariat who will endeavor to accommodate the request. Cancellation Policy - Registration cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of A$100 if made in writing before cob 23rd July 2010. No refund is payable after that date but registrations can be transferred to substitute delegates without penalty. Insurance - The Registration fee does not include insurance of any kind and the Meeting Secretariat cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. Delegates are encouraged to make their own insurance arrangements to cover any loss caused by unforeseen delay, circumstance or cancellation. |
